Gumbo Cookoff

Now in its seventh year, the annual Dauphin Island Gumbo Festival brings chefs and restaurateurs from throughout Coastal Alabama to this lovely island for a Gulf seafood feast. Bring the whole family and sample some of the finest gumbos you’ll ever taste.

All proceeds from this year’s event will benefit the new Town Basketball courts and other kid’s activities around the island.

Teams will be grouped together at the two locations- Fins Bar (across from the Holiday Isle near the public beach) and the Isle Dauphine (The Country Club).

Each area will have its own live music, children’s activities, and facilities.

This year’s event will coincide with the St. Francis Church Arts and Crafts Fair.
